1. Who provides this membership
The Goodyear Guardian membership is provided by Goodyear Autocare Blacktown, 116 Bungarribee Road, Blacktown NSW 2148. It is valid only at this location. It cannot be used at any other Goodyear or Goodyear Autocare store.
2. Your membership and your vehicle
- Each membership covers one nominated vehicle, identified by its registration.
- A vehicle's benefits cannot be transferred to another vehicle or person.
- If you have more than one vehicle, each requires its own membership.
3. Fees and billing
- You pay a fixed monthly fee for your chosen tier (Basic, Plus or Pro), plus any add-on you selected (such as Roadside Assistance on Basic).
- Fees are charged automatically each month by card or direct debit.
- Your tier's benefits are an annual entitlement used across a 12-month period, even though you pay monthly.
4. What's included
Your tier sets your benefits. The full list for your tier is shown in the Guardian brochure and your sign-up confirmation. Benefits are based on standard servicing for a standard passenger vehicle. Additional work outside your plan is quoted and approved by you before any work begins, and charged separately.
5. Roadside Assistance
- Where included (Plus, Pro, or Basic with the add-on), Roadside Assistance is provided by Club Evolution, not by Goodyear Autocare Blacktown.
- Cover becomes active within two business days of joining. It is not available immediately.
- Roadside Assistance is subject to Club Evolution's own terms and coverage limits.
- Roadside number: 1800 450 490 (Club Evolution).
6. Using your benefits
- Book in advance by calling the shop and identifying as a Guardian member. Pro members receive priority booking within 48 hours.
- Benefits apply to the 12-month membership period and do not roll over. We send reminders so you get the full value.
- Member discounts on mechanical repairs and tyres (Plus 5%, Pro 10%) apply to standard-priced work only. They exclude sale-priced tyres and are not stackable with other promotions.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel your membership at any time through your account portal (https://goodyearblacktown.au/guardian/account) or by contacting the shop.
Because Guardian is a discounted yearly plan, the discount applies on the basis that you stay for the year. If you cancel partway through:
- We add up the standard retail price of the Guardian services you have already received.
- From that, we subtract the membership fees you have already paid.
- If the services used are worth more than you've paid, the difference is payable on cancellation.
- You will never be charged more than the full annual price of your tier.
- If the services used are worth less than you've paid, no further charge applies (and fees already paid are not refunded).
You will not be charged for services you have not used, and you will not be charged for the remaining months of the year as a separate penalty. You only ever pay for what you've actually used.
8. Changes to the program
Goodyear Autocare Blacktown may update benefits, pricing or these terms. We'll give reasonable notice of any material change, and you can cancel under clause 7 if you don't wish to continue.
